Which IT or cybersecurity service does my business actually need?

Do I need Cyber Essentials if I already have managed IT support?
Yes — they cover different things. Managed IT keeps your systems running day to day, while Cyber Essentials is a formal certification that proves your security controls meet a recognised UK government-backed standard, which clients and public sector bodies increasingly expect.
Can you support a fully remote or hybrid team?
Yes. We’re remote-first by default, covering Microsoft 365, endpoint security and helpdesk support wherever your team is based, with on-site visits available across London and nearby areas when needed.
Do you work with businesses that already have an in-house IT person?
Yes. We often work alongside an in-house IT lead — providing specialist cybersecurity expertise, Cyber Essentials support, or extra capacity — rather than replacing them.
