Access control systems for London offices
Keycard, fob and PIN access systems for commercial premises. Control who enters which areas, maintain a full audit trail, and manage credentials without physical keys.
Access control that you can manage
We install systems that give you genuine control over your premises without creating an administrative burden. Adding a new staff member or revoking access for a leaver takes seconds, not a locksmith visit.
Keycard and fob systems
Contactless proximity card and fob systems for offices and facilities. Issue and revoke credentials instantly without replacing physical keys.
PIN and multi-factor
PIN-based entry for areas requiring higher security, with the option to combine PIN with card for multi-factor access on sensitive doors.
Audit trail
Full log of who accessed which door and when. Useful for compliance, incident investigation, and monitoring contractor or visitor access.
Multi-door systems
Control access across multiple entry points from a single management platform. Set different access levels for different staff groups or times of day.
Integration with CCTV
Door events can trigger CCTV recording, linking access control logs to camera footage for a complete picture of site entry and movement.
Maintenance and support
Ongoing maintenance contracts and support for access control systems. Includes firmware updates, hardware health checks and credential management assistance.
Controlled access for any commercial premises
Access control is particularly useful where multiple staff need different levels of access across different areas, or where you need a reliable record of who has been on site and when.
It is also a practical response to the access control requirements within Martyn's Law for venues that fall within scope of that legislation.

Can access control replace physical keys entirely?
For most commercial premises, yes. Card or fob-based systems eliminate the cost and inconvenience of key cutting and replacement, and give you instant control over who has access without recovering physical keys when staff leave.
What happens if the system loses power?
Access control systems include battery backup to maintain operation during a power cut. Doors can be configured to fail-safe (unlock on power loss) or fail-secure (lock on power loss) depending on your fire safety and security requirements.
Can I manage the system myself after installation?
Yes. We configure the management software and provide training so you can add or remove users, adjust access levels, and pull audit reports without needing to contact us for routine changes.
Does access control integrate with our HR or IT systems?
Some enterprise access control platforms support integration with Active Directory or HR systems for automated provisioning. We can advise on whether this is appropriate for your setup during the site survey.
